Financial Rules

These numbers were originally fixed to one property's own tax office and platform contracts — tune them to match yours. Changing a rate only affects new auto-fills going forward; it never rewrites amounts already saved on existing bookings (use Recalc UJP Tax in the Bookings tab to bulk-update those on purpose).

Notifications

Used by "Email me this report" on the Reports tab. Leave empty to send to your own sign-in email instead.

Data & Backup

Your data, always portable — one Excel workbook with every table exactly as stored (bookings, costs, consumables, taxes, blocked dates), no column picking or formatting. Need just one table instead? Each tab has its own Export button for that.

Import adds a backup's rows to what's already here (never clears or replaces). Covers Bookings, Fixed Costs, Consumables, UJP Manual Tax, Unplanned Expenses and Blocked Days — Cost Categories and Custom Costs aren't importable yet.

Danger Zone

Permanently delete every row of one table. This cannot be undone — export a backup above first if you're not sure.

Revenue Basis

Which month a stay's money belongs to. Changes only how figures are grouped — no booking is edited, and the yearly totals are identical either way.

By night (default) spreads a stay's payment, its per-stay costs and its UJP tax across the nights the stay actually ran, so a booking crossing a month contributes to both in proportion — and a month filled by one long stay stops reading €0.

By booking credits all of it to the month the guest checked in instead. Use it when you need figures that line up one-for-one with your payouts and what you filed.

Either way, fixed monthly costs, manual UJP entries, unplanned expenses and bank-credit repayments are unaffected: those are attached to a date, not to a stay. For tax filing use the Bookings and UJP tabs, which always hold the real per-payment records.

Bank Credit

Track a property loan here. Turn on "Include in dashboard calculations" once you want its monthly repayments counted as a real expense — until then it's tracked (and still shown on Reports) but kept out of Net Profit and every other card.
